As a general rule I do not discount my properties. I work very hard at maintaining them and adding features to them. I also don't think it's fair to those who do not get a discount if I were to arbitrarily hand out discounts.

However, if I have vacant mid week space between two booked weekends, I will provide a 10% discount. 3 night minimum stay required.

To clarify, if 2 back to back weekends are booked and there are vacant days between them, that would qualify. If only 1 weekend is booked, the days before or after do not quality as I may obtain a weekly renter.

This property is non-smoking and no pets are allowed. Family groups only
